1. Funny, I wasn't the least upset.
 2. Welcome to our family. Yes, as the others have noted, a little history would be extremely helpful to us, before we can fully help you.
 3. Frozen fruit? I never thought of using that. Tracy, could you post your smoothie recipe? It sounds good!
 4. FYI Joe, Frank has been in the process of moving, and is still without internet and will be for a while still. The underground cables at his house in FL, are being dug up as they are not working properly. But he did manage to get on a few nights last week, too bad you missed him.
 5. Yes Dan, their are certain members that do tend to post content that is adult oriented. We here welcome ALL ages in our forum, not adults only. If anyone here wants a forum to post photos that are for adults only, then I recommend they find another forum. THIS FORUM WAS CREATED FOR AFRICAN GREYS. I, over the past 6 months, have watched this forum take a different direction. There are many times, that I personally have wanted to shut some of these threads down, but I can't put my personal feelings before being fair to everyone here. I would like to see us get back to the main focus, and that is our greys. It's nice to come here and have fun, but we should remember, that we all joined this forum for one reason, and that is our cherished greys.

Post edited by: Talon, at: 2008/04/05 14:58

 17. The average weight is 275-350 grams. They are significantly smaller than a cag. A cag is more like 350-500 I believe. The others will correct me if I am wrong on the cag, I have a timneh, and she weighs 310.

Post edited by: Talon, at: 2008/04/04 00:52

 22. I voted. Talon was clipped 2 times, once when she came to me at 8 1/2 weeks old, and again at 1. She is now 2 1/2 years old. I DO NOT clip her. She has free flight of the house, and she is an amazing flyer. She still likes us to carry her around. She will fly through out the day. You should see her maneuver her way through the house, doorways, etc. Judy, FYI, I do have cathedral ceilings. I was worried about Talon flying up on the chandelier in the foyer, landing on it where I can't reach her, and pooping all over it, where I can't reach to clean it. But the glass shook so much, and she doesn't like the clanging sound of it, so she flies off. Of course, my screaming in a panic helps I'm sure!! :pinch:  She's done that 3 times, and said, never again, I hope!
