Thanks for the reference on the book... Did I hear you say you had 2 Sun Conures.. Ahhh.. Same like me. One is the normal sun colored and the other is a bit larger and is Grey all over with a Red Tail.. At least you would think that in the morning around here. Ceasar picked up the Sun Conure's call the same day we brought the conure home.. Good thing I love these birds.. :blink:

Monique, what types of these harnesses are available. I am thinking about letting ceaser's wings grow out. We take him outside and he loves it so I don't want to stop that.. hence the harness..

That sounds OK.. But you really need to start thinking about getting your baby on a better diet. Veggies take time for them to eat but if you are persistent your baby will eat them. You need to get him off the sunflower seeds and onto a good quality pellet based diet. I use Harrison's diet. Their website is www.harrisonsbirdfood.com Go there and read the database of questions. That sounds like a great workout. I stick to running only although we do have a BowFlex in the den. The thing I love about working out is that I get to eat anything I want without really gaining any weight..

Beccy, Monique is correct, Grey's do this when they play with their toys. No need to worry bout it.. You will hear some real ruckus sometimes. Regarding the cookware. BE CAREFUL here. Just overheating these kinds of pot can cause a horrible death to any birds in the house.. Investigate what you have as cookware so you know what to watch out for. We got Ceasar at 20 weeks so I missed this stage in their life.. You are so lucky. Make sure you take lots of photos because before you know it these moments will be gone..
