Take Coco to the vet ASAP! The breeder is not a vet and can't give you the right answers. Is the band too tight? Maybe it needs to come off. Is your baby limping?? Can he walk on it? Dayo is so handsome! I love that bomb drop whistle, I'm trying to teach Ecko that but can't find the noise to use, how did you teach Dayo it? I also like "turn off the water" how cute! I would love to see that trick, maybe you can hide the camera somewhere so he doesn't see it and get shy.

Yes Pat is exactly right! When I go outside with Ecko and he sees a predator bird he does the same thing Adaya does, scrambles up my arm and tries to hide. They will be the first to let you know they are scared of a predator. Just be careful and always look around. I take Ecko outside everyday and I haven't had any problems yet (knock on wood).

Thank you He weighs 430 grams. He is very active so he has been staying at a lower weight.

I hang my toys with a screw hook. I use to have a small white hook but Ecko would play rough and it would fall from the ceiling a lot so I went out and bought much bigger hooks.

What a great idea Dan! I usually clean Ecko's cage in the house but I could have my boyfriend help me carry his cage out so he can enjoy the outside. He loves to be outside with his harness so I know he would like that also. I really like that big toy Dayo has, very clever. I think you should enter it in the contest since you made it And what a gorgeous backyard you have. I would love to have a pool like that, I love the sun and love to tan. Anyways, thanks for sharing pictures with us, we never see pics of Dayo but we always hear about him

I'm so proud of my big boy! Ecko has stopped eating the formula for a whole week now and has not lost any weight. I now consider him officially weaned, YAYY for Ecko! He will be 16 weeks old tomorrow, WOW 4 months old already. It is such a great feeling to have him eat on his own, I really enjoy watching him eat and try new foods. I have been giving him oatmeal and apples since he stopped eating the formula and he absolutely loves it. He also loves his fresh cooked veggie mix in the mornings and at night. He isn't that big on fruits yet but I still offer it to him and he usually just licks the juices but doesn't eat the fruit. He really loves all the varieties of beans and just about all the sprouts. He eats his pellet, seed, and nut mix very well but he doesn't eat as much pellets as I would like him too. I have had him for 2 whole months now and this has the best experience ever. He is such a great companion and has bonded with me and my boyfriend so well! He also really likes my mom and sister. He is such a good boy and will step up to anyone that offers their fingers. I absolutely love him and can't wait for many more years with him. Anyways thanks for listening and sorry for blabbing about my baby. :lol: Of course I have pictures, LOL I love taking pics of him! He took a shower and then I sprayed him with aloe vera juice. Haha! look at you, your all wet! Eating a strawberry, the only fruit he likes! Being such a sweet boy for a head scratch! WOW Carolz7 great toys!! I love them, I really would like to know how you make the hanging gym! What did u use for a base? And what is that red circle thing at the top? And Carol what a great play gym for your babies!! That is very creative! I need to go to the dollar store now I didn't think about the shower rings!

Ecko has changed my life also and I can't imagine it without him now. I think about him all the time, when I'm at work or at school I always wonder if he is ok at home. When I go to the grocery store its all about Ecko and what he likes. The other day I went shopping with my boyfriend and spent about $100 and just about everything was for Ecko. We got a few things for us and it made me laugh because my bird gets more foods than we do lol. I'm always looking for new toys so he could play with and have fun. I really enjoy watching him play and I really enjoy watching him eat. He is the best companion and I love him so so much!

Aw how cute and smart Adaya is! Aren't these babies so amazing! I swear I have just as much fun with Ecko as you do with Adaya! I love reading posts about how Adaya is doing. She is so smart just like Ecko. I am trying to teach him on command too and he is slowly getting it. I also taught him to fly to his perch when he is on me. I say "fly to the perch Ecko" and he actually listens most of the time. I love watching him learn. Thanks for sharing

No he hasn't learned any new words. And I still haven't heard him say his name again :dry: Maybe he was just testing me lol. He does all kinds of different noises. I taught him to do the wolf whistle. He also does the microwave beep and I heard him laugh once, it was funny! I love watching him learn, its so cool!

HAahahha awwww such cuties! I only have one attacker I can't imagine two! Right now Ecko is attacking my ps3 controller and I took it away from him and now he is mad and attacking my laptop lol. :lol:
