Aww great pictures of your flock! They are all soo pretty.

Do you have any foot toys for her to play with? Try getting one of those cat toys, those balls with the bells inside it, try rolling it around the floor to see if she will chase after it and have fun with it. My greys love doing that! Or maybe try getting a wicker basket for her to destroy, or something that she can destroy, they love doing things like that too. Good luck.

Oh Pat I am sorry to hear that. It makes me mad to hear that someone would put their bird in the garage!! Isn't it hot in there? How the heck can that bird survive in a garage with no air? I hope the new owners are more caring and loving than those people. :angry: On a lighter note, wow look at Jeepers and how beautiful he is! He looks great on his new playstand! You've done such a great job with Jeepers, he doesn't look scared at all now.

That is wonderful that you are doing your research before bringing home the baby so you know what to expect. The wait is going to seem sooo long but it is so worth it in the end. You said you met it for the first time? So do you live close to the breeder so you can visit it a lot? That would be good for the both of you. She probably just doesn't feel like coming out of her cage. Maybe she feels more content being in or near her cage. I wouldn't try to push her to come out, she will come out on her own when she feels like it.

LOL Thanks guys, I'm glad you liked it! I'm going to have to try those frozen fruit bars, it seems like Ecko loves frozen things because he also loves ice cubes. Pat or Dan: What brand of fruit bars do you get and from where?

Ecko has an obsession with ice cream now. Ever since I let him have that first bite its like he is addicted. Everytime he sees us with ice cream in our hands he gets sooo excited and flies over to get a bite of it. We only let him have a couple bites but that doesn't satisfy him, and it makes him crazy LOL! This what ends up happening when he sees an ice cream cone.. :lol: So now everytime he sees something that looks like ice cream he comes flying. Today I had a piece of strawberry shortcake with wiped cream on top and he decides he wants to land right on top of it because he thinks its ice cream and he wants some.. And then he notices that he is leaving a trail of wiped cream and he can lick it off the table, oooh and he likes it so he makes sure to lick it alll up haha! It was so funny to watch. Now we really don't eat ice cream or sweets that much so he isn't eating too much, its only a treat. I know its not that good for him so I don't let him have that much.

OMG! I was thinking the same thing today haha! Right after I got done cleaning my whole apt, sweeping and mopping the floor, Ecko decides he wants to make a HUGE mess by throwing his green peppers, oranges, and strawberries all over the floor. :evil: Dhorje: I know what you mean, I sweep 5x a day too LOL. It never ends.. :lol:

Aww what a good update Janet! I am so happy Sully is doing great! I know you must be so proud of Sully for not plucking but you should also be proud of yourself for being such a caring parront.
