Hi Everybody, Yesterday I was at the dentist just a check-up everything fine, today I went to the Dr I have a gland in my neck not lifethreatning but it's there so he is going to remove it on Friday:unsure: My Moms really sick flu but this year it's a very nasty flu that's going around it goes to the lungs immediatly the people at work is also sick so now as I am sitting here I am feeling sick my throat is burning up my headache is HUGE and my body aches so I quess I picked it up.....and I never get sick I hate being sick I go to the Dr's only if I really,really have to....... Sorry I just wanted to complain again lol,lol It's this weather warm during the day and icy cold at night..................................

And yes it's true Guradian Angels are al around us last week I had an encounter with a taxi here he stopped right in front of me and showed me signs "like I am gonna slit your throat" just because I stopped before him at the 4way and then he wanted to drive first so I drove first and he drove in right in front of me..I just sat there saying a prayer it felt like a hour but it actually was 30sec and then he drove on...Thank the good Lord for that

Tycos-mom you are right he didn't know what toys was and he eats up a storm :whistle: I think maybe he used to share his food with other greys he wil eat & eat if he sees me going into the kitchen he starts whistling cause he knows I come out with a treat lol.....He is also like "learning" to hold his food in his foot I have to open the grapes for him and hold it while he bites into it or maybe his just lazy lol....He didn't know what fruits & egg, ect. was he refused to eat at first and now his eating everything I give to him and if he doesn't like something it goes flying out of the cage he eats like a little {Nature-00020096} lol

Boesman wil call them "come,come" but I told them not to go he is a sly birdie he calls you and lets you scratch his head for 2 seconds then he attacks...Torry is shy he wil just check the seen out......And Boesman goes quiet sometimes but other times he takes over the conversation lol...

Goodmorning People... So I went and visit Vlooi I was there for 3 hours he is so adorable I did take the toys he is little wary of them I showed him and only put one against the cage for him to get used to it I asked her to put it in the cage if he is comfortable with it wil be going by 2morrow again I must be at the dentist this afternoon... We didn't open the cage he seemed stressed out after a while so I decided to not open him yet...We had a long conversation I told her how she is "abusing" him by jailing him in the cage and that he is terratorial because of that and the next time the infant won't just get away with a scratch and then what's she gonna do then? She said she can't get it over her heart to give him away I offerd to help get a new home for him ect.She said she'll think about it (I could see she was a bit sad) So at the end I made her a deal if she wants to keep him I wil help her to intoduce him to "out of the cage life" I know it's takes some expertise(that's why I have homework to do) and a long process but I am willing to give it a go I even offerd to take him in with me for a period but then she told me if she leaves him with other people he stops eating,drinking ect. He actually allows her to scratch his head through the cage so there is something there and he screamed at me for a while and then calmed down but got edgy for the toy so I stopped after an hour of trying and felt good that he at least calmed down . I told her we can do it and I am not gonna give up on this my mind is SET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wil take some pics of him I didn't want to do it on Saturday I was already invading lol,lol... Schroeders I got some info on the SPCA here if a pet is neglected I can lay a complaint but the lady told me that if they go there and he has food,water they can't do anything about it and they need the owners permission to take the pet if they don't find a home for him in 3 months they usually put them down it's a sad situation as they only get money from sponsors our goverment doesn't care to help in situations like this I give to our local SPCA around here like they need blankets for the dogs and kittens now it's winter here and there just isn't enough money so I put that thought far away in my head I wil help her to help Vlooi AND AM NOT GOING TO GIVE UP!!!!!!!!

Hi everybody......Hope al is good and bright on your side,, Okay last night one of my bestest friends came over for a visit and to see Torry. She has a 3 year old CAG named Joe a magnificant grey I must say....She loves him more than her husband I think lol,lol no serious she adores him..So as we talked ect. she asked me if she can ask me something that she has thought about from day 1 she got Joe......If something was to happen to her and her husband would I take Joe..I was like OMW don't be so morbid.......She said she is not being morbid it's just they are like children and she would love for me to take him as she knows I would love him just as much...So I said and what if it's the other way around what's she going to do then? She said she wil put it like this "If I am not around to take him he must go to a sanctuary ect. not to any one else".... So I said I wil do it and if it's visa versus she wil take Boesman & Torry... Have you ever thought of that?? I know we don't want to but is reality..... Sorry for somber thought on a bright and sunny South African Friday morning
