"So for all that think we are prudes or religious fanatics" i dont and i care about how "My" bird interacts with others, But as we can only advise people how a responsible owner would care for there bird. What we shouldnt do is public hangings about what someone wanted to share. As i said its "Not" something i would hope Dusty to do and if he does then i will prolly do as you have done Dan replace the words with other nicer words to be a better parront. P.s. Talon if you let your feeling run like that all the time then maybe its time to hang up the admin and let someone with a cooler head take over. also as for the "snubby" i used highly strung and i'm 44 i think about what ive said. you jumped in and said" Oh how sad " maybe not posting would have been better. its like your a mum smacking your child for doing somehting wrong<br><br>Post edited by: Jaguar, at: 2009/11/11 16:44

i wouldnt teach my bird to use these type of words but lets not get all amish, in the end if someone says they havent used words like that around there bird/s there not telling the truth. Brittany in an open forum you shared what you wanted and stopped here to reply well done. Personaly this forum is highly strung if your saying or doing something that doesnt fit then the whole forum rides your case.

what i would say is if your worried that much for your own peace of mind take her, it may cost but at least you will be sure shes ok. i'm very new to the grey seen and have taken Dusty when i think something isnt right. You will hopefully find that your vet will say "Pepper is fine" but that is worth the trip in my view. On a side note Dusty did something like pepper my 7yr old was sleep on the sofa (having a nap) and good old Dusty creeped down and nipped my sons ear. lucky there was no brocken skin Note to self anyone naps put Dusty back in cage
-
i dont pray but for Rishi i will try, if you and your wife can rish SO much then a prayer or two will be worth it

enjoy your time looking but remmber that this bird can bite not saying it will, we got Dusty same way as you will and he rarely bites. I'm sure you will have read alot of posts in the forum so enjoy your baby grey.As i know if you see the baby grey you wont leave there without picking your own who could.

I think Dusty should Start a new business, Maybe he could get a few other greys from the forum and start wall paper stripping because hes GREAT at it. Think they work for palm nuts. Thanks Dusty. What other jobs do you think they would be great for ?<br><br>Post edited by: Jaguar, at: 2009/09/23 20:47

# 19 Cant fall a sleep on your sofa or let anyone esle sleep on your sofa with your grey out of its cage. Otherwise he or she will fly down and nip/bite an ear or toe just to say "hi"<br><br>Post edited by: Jaguar, at: 2009/09/19 15:45

Daves advice its Totaly correct Dusty has killed a few gold chains to date, As for the shoulder i'm naughty Dusty uses all our shoulders. He's Never hurt any of us (yet) but my idea about this is (and its only my idea Dave is the Guru). Greys are fast and very smart if they want to bite they will, if its something close like ear lobe or hand or face. If is blood they want they will. What i try and do is read the satuation and if i see Dustys Eye's pinning or i think something is Bugging him. Then i try not to let him in a postion where he can give a bad Bite. As Dave will say some time i will get bite (and hes Right i will) but its working so far.
