HI Toni, Cuttle bones are not needed, if you provide sufficient vitamin and mineral fortified mixes or pellets and also good green veggies like Broccoli, Spinach, Collard Greens...all them greens . :-) Too much Calcium can detrimentally affect Grey's organs and has been noted by veterinarian's where people were adding supplements to water and food. My Grandson "Jeff", 11 years old, just joined the Parrot "Bite Me" Club. He was walking around with Dayo on his shoulder, then he comes up to me SLOWLY with Dayo still on his shoulder, wincing in pain. I guess Dayo lost balance and grabbed his Ear to steady himself. So I took Dayo off his shoulder. No Dimple, Mark or even a speck of Blood. But I guess enough pressure on the tender ear for a couple of seconds getting stabilized was enough to make a slight tear in Jeff's eye, that I could see, but he didn't let it on ;-) So, I guess I will need to get him signed up as a new Forum Member later :-)

(CD Exception here) :-) We know stuff about tanks. A five-day vacation requires only one suitcase. We can open all our own jars. We get extra credit for the slightest act of thoughtfulness. If someone forgets to invite us, he or she can still be our friend. Our underwear is $8.95 for a three-pack. Three pairs of shoes are more than enough. We never have strap problems in public. We are unable to see wrinkles in your clothes. Everything on our face stays its original color. The same hairstyle lasts for years, maybe decades. We only have to shave our face and neck. We can play with toys all our life. Our belly usually hides our big hips. One wallet and one pair of shoes one color for all seasons. We can wear shorts no matter how our legs look. We can "do" our nails with a pocket knife. We have freedom of choice concerning growing a mustache. We can do Christmas shopping for 25 relatives on December 24 in 25 minutes. Well Josh, I tried to reverse engineer the map of a woman's thought process. When I entered the data and tried to come up with an algorithm for it, my PC ran out of ram and processors went to 100% usage.....then it shut down do to over heating. Number6 - That looks very yummy , I would eat it along with Dayo :-) I buy dried fruits, nuts and seeds in bulk from a store called "Winco". I am not certain if they have one in your area. But, they are a huge grocery store with an entire section of 55 gallon barrels of every seed, nut, dried fruit etc with NO ADDITIVES and it is VERY cheap compared to any place else I have found online or local. You are right though on the waste on the bottom. It's almost as though they enjoy throwing the mix around as much as they do eating it. :woohoo:
