I am so glad you are going to take Paco back into your home and like Shelia said in the previous post, let him decide when he is ready for new steps with you.
We do have a rescue room where you will finds lots of useful info that will be of some help with him so look around it real good.
A lot of us use regular old stainless steel pans and if you experiment a little you will find you can cook just as well with them as using the nonstick pans.
That is exactly why I never got any of those flight suits for I figured that would happen and who wants to try to scrape dried poop off their grey's butt feathers. You are doing nothing wrong, but when they have those suits on where else can the poop go:whistle: nowhere but in the suit.
Nice pictures Caroline of two of your flock, too bad Charlie wouldn't cooperate but maybe when he hears all the praise the other two get he will change his tune, thanks for sharing them with us. :cheer:
So glad you are going to be bringing Tanner home today, way to go and we want to see pictures too, how exciting this is and now I can't wait:blink:
Yeah it is finally a done deal, Penny must have lit a fire under the tech guys but in any case I want to see some threads from those more ingenius people who come up with some of the greatest ideas for toys from common things found around the house.
Yipppppppppppppppppppppppppppeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!
Yes Jen they do grow so quickly and you can easily see the difference in the pictures taken in such a short time from each other, they are adorable and you are a special person to able to do this.
Thanks for sharing the pics with us and I look forward to more updates and pics of your babies.
Excellent idea, Jen and karma for that idea, you really should do that Jason for you really do have a little camera ham there in Ernie, what a cutie. :cheer:
Its ok to think of Alfie for you will never forget him, you will always carry a piece of him in your heart and getting Charlie means you have a huge heart to open it up for another grey, I think it honors Alfie the most this way.
He does sound like a big boy and weaned early but if he refuses the formula then he knows best.
He is still going to be unsteady yet, he is still a young baby so you enjoy the cuddles and such while you can for a lot of them grow out of that stage.
Remember to put his perches lower in the cage and pad the bottom with towels or blankets to cushion him when he falls.
Hello Glenn and welcome to the family, so glad you could join us and we look forward to hearing more about you and Tizzy, what a cute name.
So what other parrots or birds do you have? I also have a sun conure along with my grey and I do enjoy both of them immensely.
I think the wolf whistle was the first thing that my grey learned to do, my hubby made sure of that and now she says lots of words and phrases. She didn't talk until she was about 1 year old so yours has plenty of time yet.
To find out lots of useful information do read thru our many threads and do not hesitate to ask any and all questions you may have and we will help you in any way we can.
We all love pictures here so if you want to share some of Tizzy you are more than welcome to do so, in fact it is almost a requirement:laugh:

Oh boy, Olly is one spoiled bird, what a life he leads, I love that rope around the swing with the hoop in the middle, I'll just bet he has the biggest time on it, thanks for sharing some pics with us and Zoe is a good dog.
Hello Jen and welcome to the family, so glad you finally introduced yourself after joining a couple of months ago but we like to get to know our members a little bit.
