Well how about that, we continue to be able to follow one of Dave's grey babies, we enjoyed watching them on the webcam and now we have a member who has one out of the clutch, congrats and enjoy.
Dee, you are an amazing woman and it speaks volumes about how you handle life's stresses, what a wonderful thing to do to remember Juno, as if you could ever forget him but you know what I mean.
From the looks of the fabric you have gathered so far it should be a very colorful one, can't wait to see the finished product.
That is an impressive regimen you have designed for Spock and if anything brings him thru this difficult time in his life it will be just that.
I don't think there is any doubt that you are doing all you can for Spock and if it is meant for him to get over this then he will and I do believe he will. He has your and Maggie's undying love and the support of everyone on this forum.
I continue to pray for him and will until he is all better and thanks for the update on Spock.
That is wonderful news Taz, now he feels like he is one of the flock, sometimes it is something as simple as just being among his own kind that makes the difference in whether he eats or not, glad you found it works.
Thanks for letting us know and I hope it continues to improve.
Read thru this thread I have provided a link to, it might help you with posting pictures.

I too remember Rishi's story of how his "flock" went to great lengths to get him the help he needed and he still needs our prayers. I know we all think the world of Spock and Rishi and feel like they are a part of our family and when one is hurting then we all hurt for them.
I pray that Rishi and Spock get better real soon.

Dave is right on with his advice, your grey needs time to get used to his new home and it will be a while before you see more of his personality as he settles into his new home.
Birds use their beaks like we do our hands, they test things and he is telling you he is not ready for much handling at this point in time, be patient with him for it will reap great rewards.
I am telling the truth, some people have a gift to do certain things and yours is definitely being creative in making bird toys, you have a good imagination and that goes along with being creative, the proof is in the toys.
You have a room that any bird lover would be envious of and that includes all of us here, your flock must be in seventh heaven in that room, thanks for sharing the pictures with us.
I bet he isn't a happy camper but this shall pass with the good Lord's help and even though I haven't been on during the day today to check for any updates I have been thinking of him and praying that he is getting better, I know he is getting the best care possible.
Thanks so much Jay for the update.
