  1. The harness thing is interesting! What's the point of it? Do you put it on and then let the bird fly? Or you keep holding the harness in your hands while the bird is on your shoulder or on a tree? I would like to learn more about it, since i am an outdoor person and i drive in the wilderness a lot. Great photos by the way
  2. it looks like your lovely birds are the happiest in this forum! They got their own room, lots of toys, big cages and plenty of colors
  3. Beautiful girl indeed My love for Twix is increasing everyday, Greys are funny and very playful
  4. You're lucky, i haven't seen my Twix when he was that small I had the pleasure to see Susu though, it was a lot of quality time!
  5. Being an experienced forum member in many other forums, i have learned to move on! I f i don't like a post that someone has made, i will just read it and continue reading the other posts without adding new comments. We are all entitled to our own opinions, no body will change that "Let nature take it's course" even here Our emotions are hidden behind TEXT, no one will be able to evaluate emotions correctly based on TEXT. I am sure we are all very nice people over here, tolerating animals and raising them up takes a lot of time, efforts and patience, only nice people can do that. I personally think that true pet owners are filled with emotions and love....That's what i think we all are in this forum Peace out Ismail
  6. That's really nice of you!
  7. Twix breeder has clipped his wings before i got him, he can't fly now. I am working on training him slowly slowly.

  10. hhhhhh, my CTRL key is missing too, it was my Parakeet "Susu" who did it. I haven't seen what Twix can destroy yet
  11. I know the cage needs toys now and this is what i will do tomorrow.
  12. Hi, Twix has been living in a small cage since i got him about a month ago. The cage was half the size of the one i just bought him. I was thinking that it may scare him off and that he may take sometime to accept it. It took me half an hour to assemble the cage, and then i took Twix on my hand and introduced the new cage to him. Surprisingly, he jumped quickly on the cage and started exploring the new castle i got him  He now has food on top of the cage and inside the cage, he didn't stop eating for about an hour and he tried both locations He is now a much happier Grey ... Here are some of the photos i took just now:

    Capo's tricks

Very nice work, how old is Capo?
  16. My Twix is very playful and friendly, i can now left him up using one hand and he would not show any sign of fear. He will run towards my hands and shake his beautiful red tail like a dog. He longs to play with me and his toys for hours without getting bored. While my Indian ring neck SUSU, does not care that much about playing, he is very independent and wants to be left alone most of the time, all he cares about is eat and sleep (he loves flying around the house too) Having an CAG for the first time in my life is an awesome experience so far
  17. The most intelligent thing your Parrot did or said?
  18. Yeah it did, i was very confused for a minute and didn't do anything but thinking of the possibility of losing him. Well he is as healthy as a horse now
  19. Parrots have an amazing effect, it explains the warning from the police man How old is Lilie anyway?
