In my heart I have a soft spot for cockatiels. I have had them for over 40 years.

What do my birds do when I tell them no ?? Anything they want.

We keep a number of toys on the table for Croky and Cricket to play with when they come out in the morning. The first thing Corky will do is pick up a toy and go over to the edge of the table and drop it to the floor and look at it and than look at you as if to say, pick it up. I know all your greys do the same think, but when you bend over to pick it up she runs to the other side of the table with a toy and drops it on the floor over there, look at than look at you until you go over there and pick it up. so as you pick up that toy it`s all over again to the other side. I have to say from bending over that I am very trim for my age.

If we want Cricket to take a bath all the wife has to do is fire up the vacuum and she jumps into her pan of water and will splash around and have a great time. She will take a bath on her own, but when she sees the vacuum come out, she gets all excited and is ready for a swim. So what motivation dose your zon need to take a bath ??

And the new words will just keep coming and coming.

When we go, They go. My birds have been all over the U.S. with us They love to travel and I think it`s because they are close to us in our van or the motor home.

I have been off work for the last two days and Cricket thinks its great. She has had more time with me and out of cage time. Most of the time she is on my left shoulder doing nothing but chatter away. She has been on my shoulder now for the last 2 1/2 hrs. and has dropped about 10 lbs. of poop down my back. Oh the things we do for our fids.
