Yep, Partner doesn't have full flight feathers yet either, but I'm letting them grow back in as well. Partner lets me know when he really wants me to get him... he'll make 3 clicks, than says "come here" three times it is just adorable lol.

What have your greys done to show you how much they love you? Recently Partner has started to let me fully pet him, down his back and he will even let me pet his tail feathers, which he has never done before. He also enjoys sitting on my shoulder now and he will just rub his head on my face and he will want me to give him kisses on his head. It is SO CUTE!! and it makes me really happy that he trusts me enough to let me do it!!! -Nick-

That is pretty much what the money is going for, my animals, and to fix my car, and hopefully get a new one soon. I just found out today that they have me down to 20hrs after next week, that isn't really going to be working out to well, I applied for full time, I can't work part time hours. I'll just have to talk to my manager to see what the deal is.

Well, yesterday was the start of my second week there and I am starting to catch on and am getting somewhat used to it. I'm still trying to deal with the back room being a mess lol

caitb2007 - size doesn't matter when it comes to noise lol there is no way I can scream louder than Partner, and raccoons make one hell of a scream when they are in a fight (scares the heck out of you when it is coming from your backyard too lol.. -Nick-

Luvparrots - I already have the problem with my bones creaking and cracking and popping it is really bad lol. I have quite a few more CBLs to do along with still finding out what to do and where to go. I work tonight as well and I'm really hoping they don't stick me over in grocery again. That was a nightmare!

So as most of you know, I went in for the 3rd interview at Wal-Mart and got the job, I have only been working for 3 days, and have done so much work it isn't even funny. lol. The first night I was there they were so horribly unorganized in how things were brought out and what was on each of the pallets, today was a bit better on that and actually got what we needed done and helped 3 other departments so it was rather busy. Just letting you guys in on a little bit of it, and why I haven't really been on lately. I'll try and get back as much as possible. But right now, I'm going to go to bed lol -Nick-

I used to know someone that had one and it was very sweet. Now I've wanted to get them before but I heard that they are very loud when they are awake, I don't think that many people in my home would enjoy that lol. But yours are very cute :-D

Well, yesterday I went into the bathroom and shut his cage cause I needed to shower and didn't want him getting into trouble. I shut the door and he starts whistling and clicking.. So I start doing it back. Well he didn't think that was enough. All of a sudden I hear him say "Come here! Step-up Partner! Step-up!" *more whistles and clicks and words that I couldn't understand* So I've come to realize that he likes to talk when he knows I'm a room over and he can't get to me. I see him moving his tongue and mouth around a lot more recently so I'm going to guess he is practicing talking w/o any sounds. -Nick-

Thanks everyone. I am really hoping it starts quickly... I need the money lol. I wish the little CAG could be mine. But my current living situations won't allow me to have another bird right now. Maybe soon though :-P

It went well, I got the job and had to submit a drug test yesterday, which I did. So now I just have to wait for them to get the results they will call me in for training. Hopefully start soon :-D

It is sa DSLR and it does take amazing pictures. It is actually my Dad's but he doesn't use it nearly as well or as much lol.

Well, today I had my first experience being around a baby grey. They are so cute and it melts the heart to see them so vulnerable that they are so dependent on the keeper. I thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent with the little guy(gal) today. Hope to do it more often and watch him(her) grow. I got a couple pictures of him(her) I will post them as soon as I get back from my 3rd and hopedully final interview at Wal-Mart. -Nick-

That is so sweet! All I know about Gurdy is that her owner had to give her up because of ill health and she is a brat. I would gladly take home Yoshi. But I'm afraid he would teach Partner his horrible screaming lol. Ozzie and Partner used to be together so they are kinda the two I want together.

I always put towels on the back of the couches and if he poops on me, eh... it is kinda just a "I can throw this in the wash and it will be perfectly fine" thing lol. The floors are a different story, I wish I had all tile and hardwood floors.. that would make clean up a breeze lol.
