I am no expert but I do have a baby grey. I have had her for two months. Baby greys use their beaks all the time, they are exploring, reaching out to see what something is like. I just tell Ana Grey, "No bites," sternly but no yelling and just distract her. Talking to her calmly. Hi lvnbirds, I have had my baby grey for only a couple of months so I really have no experience. I just wanted to welcome you to the family. As Judy said there is a wealth of information here but you need to take Simon to an avian vet to rule out a health problem. So tell us more about Simon, his background if you would, and provide some pictures if you can. You have had Simon just a short time, was he plucking before?

Don't be modest Carol, this is a great bird room. A lot of love and thought went into it. I just adore it. Your flock looks happy and so at easy in it. It's a great room!! I wish I was so clever!

Greg, so glad your vet has a way to clean the RPO off of Lily. Out of curiosity what cleaning solution is your avian vet using??? And Dan "now you have a Red Factor grey" bad, bad, boy!!:ohmy:
