Oh I know that he still has plenty of time and that just like kids they do stuff in thier own time. Some earl some later. So I'm not really worried. For me if I'm not in the room I'm downstairs so if he is mubuling I don't hear it. Right now anything he does say is strung in with his chatting. He does quit a bit of this so lots of chirps and whistles. He can be such a clown.

Alex doesn't sleep anywhere near 12 hours. He is already up and chriping at me by 7am. Then we put him to bed at 9pm but I know that he plays in his cage with the cover on until after 10. He does nap once in a while durning the day. He is very seldomly grumpy. I leave the raido on when no one is home.

I've never used spirulina. I give Alex and Martini red palm oil a couple times a week and thier feathers are as soft as a too's are. They also get bee pollen every day sprinkled on their food like ice cream topping. They love it!

Alex doesn't talk yet. He will be a year tomorrow. There are times when he is being chatty that we sware he has said something. But it is so mixed in with everything else it's hard to say. He does make all kinds of sounds though. We would love for him to talk but if he doesn't then we still have all the sounds and we work with him some on tricks. B)

Hey Megoni I'm new too. I have the aviator for Alex and will be getting one for Martini. They are the best and even come with a dvd. I have friends on another forum that have vasa's. One snapped the rubber part of the leash and the other chewed threw the stiching in the frunt. The people at Aviator replaced both harnuses free of charge and in the case of the stiching made one with double stiching. They shut down a prodution run and reset the machines just to make the one harnus.

I'm sorry to hear about your loss! Though I am now in San Diego we lived in Charleston for a while. It is very pretty. Very humid durning the summer.

I do a few different paper shredding toys for Alex. The first is just a whole roll of tp. He loves this and it keeps him busy for long periods. The second is I use a treat toy and put tisue paper threw the holes. He enjoys this one as well. A roll of calculater tape is great too. Lots of shredding potental there. B)

Hello I found your forums yesterday while looking for some ideas on redoing my grey's play stand. Alex will be one year tomorrow and he is my baby. We also just took in a 3 year old senegal named Martini. He is just the sweetest. We also have a dog, 3 cats a snake and an aqutic turtle. I live in San Diego CA. Alex Martini
