I have Alcazar in a daycare w/ me.The older children know the boundries. The babies dont.It doesnt seem to bother him when the babies go to his cage.He just looks down at them. I think because he is higher up he doesnt mind but when it coms to the older kids that are eye to eye level his feathers ruffle and the children even know at that point not to go near him.Still the children love him they enjoy his sounds of dog, cat except during video day there is alot of....."Be Quiet Alcazar, Miss Toni can you cover him up?" LOL....As for if a child ends up w/ alergies in my case it would definently be the child to go. I can make that choice its not my child. Yes Alcazar did nip a child once and that child never put his finger in again and the other children saw and they know not too and they know not to place a chair near him because he will grab there hair and pull. If I felt real danger coming on then my choise will be to get a baby gate for his area. What the heck is one more baby gate.

well mine is one of saver energy swirly bulbs.Its a 25 watt in the ceiling

I have one for Alcazar.Since I have the dogs around I want him to be safe and see what is going on. He can see through a crack I leave open on his cover

Dang, I want Alcazar to have a hissy fit..Alcazar is to calm.He plays well with all toys he has plus any new ones.I would love to see him have a fit.

Nice looking choice of fish Berna. I love my fish tank.Its good to just relax and watch them. Calms the nerves down if you had a hard day. Show some photos of yours when its set up.

yea his eyes do look more yellow than they should be for being 11 months. Alcazar turned 1 and he has alot of black pupil still...hmmmm

I found it more work to do.I had my sides on a week then took it off.Yes it does catch alot but wiping each side is a pain.I figure if you have to wipe those down you might of just vacuum. As for the poop thing I wouldnt know that Alcazar hasnt tried to poop out of the cage yet.

yea, Alcazars looks like too and it has the bird proof lock. I love that it has 6 bowls.Plus the doors for the bowls open up so there's no interupting him as much.Also it gives the daycare kids away to help feeding him w/out getting bit. Everyone says why such a humungous cage for a little bird? I told them cause he deserves a castle.LOL

Alcazar loves beef ravioli.. Yea I know what you mean Judy w/ the mess on the beak. ALcazar rubs his beak on his perch then I have to go in and wipe it down.He ejoys them though.

It is a scam. Oh and don't call them.My phone bill for 3 minutes on the phone w/ them was $39.20. He said for me to wire him 200.00 then when the birds arrived then pay him 600.00 for the pair. Yea I smelt scam on that. Stay local or even drive 3 hours tp get one

Ok so I'm wondering,if/when it comes down to me kicking my b/f out. Will I then become Alcazar's favorite if the b/f is no longer around ? Could this be?
