1. Ok here's another question. How do you take pictures in lowlight, without a flash? I had this problem alot on my field trip, so I ended up using Aperture piority for the light. And that made it delay sometimes, so they didnt come out as great. I'll get a picture up tomorrow, I'm too tired to upload them. Melissa
2. oooh I like this one better. :silly: http://i150.photobucket.com/albums/s98/talon1013/fancy.jpg Melissa

5. Heather, you really want to shoot in RAW. I like it because you can make some realy vibrant photos that way. Melissa
6. wow, nice statues! Good tihng you got your laptop back. And what, no Bon Jovi pictures? :silly:
7. ok you need to change the exposure compensation. You can probably find this by going into menu and selecting the +/-0 button. Since it is light out you would need to increase it.(+) and if its dark out, you lower it.(-) And you dont need flash if they are by the window getting natural light. 8. what? me learning something? From what I can see Tari is your biggest problem is focusing. ALot of the shots are kinda blurry. And then in some of them they are kinda unexposed....but im not sure how you would fix that on a point and shoot. Is this what you mean CD? I cant really remember all my problems I first had cause the thread is no longer there... Melissa
9. wow, the colors in the last one are really hipnotizing...i could stare at them for hours..... Looks fun!

16. oooh the boat contest looks like fun!! We have something like that here at the ski place nearby. Toward the end of the skiing season they have a cardboard sled contest. You have to build a sled out of cardboard and race it down the mountain. It looks so nice there!!! Melissa
17. awww  thank you CD. And thank you MOM!!! {Love-0002011D} Alright...so lets say that once I get it, what does it do? I'm guessing it directs or filters the light so it isnt as harsh, or something like that? Melissa
18. I see I probably should've increased the exposure more on some of these, right? http://i150.photobucket.com/albums/s98/talon1013/IMG_3016.jpg http://i150.photobucket.com/albums/s98/talon1013/IMG_3022.jpg ^like on this one http://i150.photobucket.com/albums/s98/talon1013/IMG_3032.jpg http://i150.photobucket.com/albums/s98/talon1013/IMG_3039.jpg http://i150.photobucket.com/albums/s98/talon1013/IMG_3041.jpg Melissa

21. CD, for my flash, the only mode that has TTL is ETTL, and I have it set to that. Should I increase the exposure for the pictures when Talon is near the window, or for all? Melissa
22. WOW!!! Those are some awesome photos!
23. alright the correct flash mode? What do you mean? Here's some I took after school, I think I mainly need practice. http://i150.photobucket.com/albums/s98/talon1013/IMG_2976.jpg http://i150.photobucket.com/albums/s98/talon1013/IMG_2981.jpg http://i150.photobucket.com/albums/s98/talon1013/IMG_2988.jpg Its tricky to try and get the right way to bounce the flash off...which is why the vertical mode is hard for me. Maybe theres the fact I'm not used to the flash, lol Oh and here are some I took right before Talon went to bed. http://i150.photobucket.com/albums/s98/talon1013/IMG_3015.jpg http://i150.photobucket.com/albums/s98/talon1013/IMG_3004.jpg http://i150.photobucket.com/albums/s98/talon1013/IMG_3000.jpg http://i150.photobucket.com/albums/s98/talon1013/IMG_2999.jpg Melissa

Post edited by: TalonSis, at: 2007/05/19 04:11
