Ultrsonic mister and waterfall sanitation concerns

I really like these two things, especially since the mister will help with humidity. I also know the bird will probably be drinking from them. obviously I would clean them out daily and with disinfectants a few times a week, but would dangerous pathogens be able to build up in the inner workings or would they be safe?

 

Yes I know they are for reptiles, but I like them.
