During the evening, Janis eats yogourt. And so does Riko. Janis and Riko on vacation Our dogs, Oolum a 4 month and a half old Newfoundland and Gandalf, a one year and a half Portuguese Water Dog. Gandalf at the beach Oolum working in the water with me. He is already at ease in the water. Here, Oolum is proud to bring back the training bumper. On July 31st and august 1st, we attended a water rescue session for Newfoundland dogs. Puppies younger than 4 month old aren't allowed to participate. Oolum was 4 month on august 1st and was just O.K. to participate. Here he is pulling me to the beach. Oolum pulling a pedalo with 2 persons on board (The were helping a little, he was just 4 month old, after all). The trainer was impressed. Oolum has a strong instinct for water working. And he did succeed bringing back the baby alive:) without taking her on the head. We had great vacations. Earlier in June, a picture of Janis practicing her flight.
