SRSeedBurners Posted January 4, 2024 Posted January 4, 2024 You know that "tell us blah blah blah without telling us blah blah blah"? Grey version: "Tell us your Greys are completely spoiled rotten without telling us your Greys are completely spoiled rotten" 1
SRSeedBurners Posted January 8, 2024 Author Posted January 8, 2024 (edited) oh oh....I see some spoiled rotten Greys in this thread 🥰. Is that a green bean Timber has in there 🤣 Edited January 8, 2024 by SRSeedBurners 1
Timbersmom Posted January 8, 2024 Posted January 8, 2024 Actually, those are sugar snap peas. They are about the only "green" thing he will tolerate. Kids!
Greytness Posted January 8, 2024 Posted January 8, 2024 (edited) My birds are the same way about green things. The only way I can get them to eat other greens is to chop those up into sweet potato. They can't pick it out if it's stuck to sweet potatoes! I spend a king's ransom annually keeping my 10 fids supplied with sugar snap peas, which are $5.99/lb in California. Timbersmom Posted January 9, 2024 Posted January 9, 2024 Yikes! About the same price here in Illinois, but for only one bird! I feel your pain.

neoow Posted January 25, 2024 Posted January 25, 2024 Another variant on the theme would be "tell me you have a grey without telling me you have a grey" Photos of things like chewed furniture, shredded toys/boxes, poop on clothing etc... 😁 1 1
Timbersmom Posted January 26, 2024 Posted January 26, 2024 Or the constantly crud covered floor. When I first got Timber, I drove myself nuts sweeping up about his area several times a day. Now, once a day will do it!
Timbersmom Posted January 27, 2024 Posted January 27, 2024 Lovely! Timber seems upset when I sweep up his messes, so apparently he sees it as art!
KevinD Posted January 27, 2024 Posted January 27, 2024 You could rent him out as a wood chipper LOL. I say let the birds work ! LOL J/k 1

I have to lock Huey up when I clean up those piles or do any messing around in 'HIS' bird room. He's very possessive of his room. 1
Timbersmom Posted January 28, 2024 Posted January 28, 2024 LOL yes they are possessive of there stuff, their "creations" and their areas.
