Ideal weight for female African Grey

Hi all, just wondering what the ideal weight is for a 12 month old African Grey. My girl Matilda has gone from 444 grams to 334 grams in the past week. She’s been eating but not as much. Still a very happy bird. Not sure if it’s due to the fact it’s now summer. We usually have the inside temp running at 22 C. Any help would be much appreciated.

That's a huge drop in weight in such a short period of time. I'd have her vetted to make certain she doesn't have an infection brewing or something else going on.

Yes, I'd get her to the vet ASAP. That's a lot of weight loss.

Sorry guys, I just checked her weight dates and it’s actually been 26 days for Matilda to lose 10 grams. Weighed her on 1 st Dec then 27 th Dec. She’s eating well and very happy but will definitely get her to the Vets this week. 
Thanx for your help, will let you know what the Vet says.

I don't have much advice but just wanted to say hope all goes ok with the vet. If she's not eating as much as normal then the weight loss makes sense.

Thanx for your response. I’ve just had 2 weeks off work with my Girl and she’s been really excited spending a lot of time with me. I noticed if I’m home more she will eat smaller amounts of her food to spend more time with me. She thinks I’m her boyfriend. 😃
