mongerman
Hi everyone! I'm from the sunny island of Singapore, where we have many species of pet birds. But of all the birds, my favorite is still african greys! Here's my grey in a photogenic mood. I got him from his first owner when he was around 9 months old. He'll be 2 years old in June. Hope you like the pictures;)

Acappella
Welcome to the forum. My best friend is a magician who has done busking festivals twice in Singapore and fallen in love with it there. He loves hot weather. It looks like those pictures might have been taken in an outdoor aviary. Were they? Do you have to do anything special to keep him cool? mongerman
Thanks everyone for the kind words! His name is Ash and he lives in a 8ft x 8ft x 8ft aviary. The aviary is situated under a large mango tree and also a shaded acrylic roof. He does love the sun though, and will often seek out the sunny areas to bask in. Here are a couple more shots for your enjoyment! With his favorite fruits...

mongerman
He loves all fruits, which fortunately are in great supply in our tropical weather. His favorite is banana. In fact, ground pellets mashed into bananas is how I converted him to pellets
Acappella
Funny how Dorian has never taken to banana. I've even tried smearing some on his beak hoping that an accidental contact with his tongue would get him to try it, but no dice, he cleaned his beak on a perch. He just tosses banana chips out of his dish. Your guy is so cute.
