Aly~

She is 2 and yes she is very smart. If you shoot her, she plays dead. Last night I was in my room and I heard.."come here dog.....and a gun shot sound". My poor dog doesn't have a chance!! I brought her home Tuesday and she's already saying "Aussie sit". I had no idea that they were this smart. Aussie is very curious and he likes to stick his head in her cage, so of course I make him back up and sit/stay away from the cage. On the ride home just before she called me stupid, I got on my daughter for smacking her chewing gum. She said I threw that gum out awhile back. Rebel picks up sounds and mimicks them so quickly and amazingly clear. She must have been near a smoke detector that needed batteries at some point. I checked mine twice yesterday only to realize it was her.

Hello, My name is Aly and I am owned by 2 kitties (Cuddles and Moo), 1 awesome German Shepherd (Aussie), 2 cockatiels (Chance and Baby Bird), and most recently an amazing CAG (Rebellious "Rebel", which is what brings me here). I'm new to Grey ownership and I'm sure will have LOTS of questions along the way. It certainly didn't take this bird long to move in and take over. She's a sweetheart on her own terms. She obviously knows the word "no" and doesn't like it very much. She was plucking at my buttons and when I told her no, she cocked her little head and said "stupid"!! My daughter busted out laughing at her so she joined in laughing. Leaving me sitting there thinking, That bird did not just call me stupid!! This site is so full of informaiton, I'll never get any work done. The toys are wonderful and I can't wait to get off work to go get some new things for her. I can't wait to meet new people here and share Grey adventures with. My household has just changed in a way that I had no idea it ever could!!! Aly~
