Spinach is ok in small amounts, maybe about once or twice a month. It blocks a vitamin absorption, but I don't remember which one. Sorry I can't be more specific.

Hi everyone! My name is Shannon and I am accompanied by Willow, my 4 month old Timneh, Diego, my 5 year old white face Cockatiel, and Lily, my 1.5 year old Papillon/Chihuahua. I'm not here with any specific questions but I know I will have plenty in the future. Willow is my first "big" bird so everything she does is new and different. She's only been with me for 10 days, so we are still getting used to each other. I look forward to getting to know everyone and their fids.
