Hi. Did you check if she had a cover on at the her last home. I was just thinking that if she didn't, maybe she is trying to get away from it. Have you tried a night without covering her?

The one thing I have found really useful for floors is my steam mop. They are not expensive in UK and I can clean my tiled floors, woods and laminates with nothing but water. It is also fantastic to get poops off the floor.

Hi. Both Dave and Judy are totally right. Ollie was originally my boss. He then turned against me and went to my partner. I do all the work, the feeding and sit and teach him, but I cannot touch hime ever. I have worked on it for 5 years and have the scars to prove it. hopefully, he will keep a relationship with both of you and allow you both to be part of his life.

Hi Jooles. I haven't heard of too many unexplained sudden deaths, but there are a lot of knowledgable people on here who might give you better information. I noticed you are in UK and not too far from me.......I live in Somerset. If you do find a good avian vet, perhaps you could let me know, as mine retired. I got rid of all my non stick pans when we had Ollie and the other thing that I found out just in time, I think, is that febreeze is deadly to our friends. I am sure that you will be fine though. It is so exciting waiting for your baby grey. Just learn as much as you can while you are waiting.

Hi Jooles. It is so exciting having a grey and I bet you can't sleep waiting. I a quite new on this forum, but welcome. I have found it really helpful and there are so many knowledgable people on here. I really look forward to hearing what your grey is like. Do you have a name for him/her yet and is it a baby?
