  1. Sounds like a wonderful family Debbie. I love my little TAG Ana Grey so I can't wait to see and hear more about your little Rudy! Great looking sig by the way!
  2. Hi Stefani, congratulations on becoming a grey parront! When will you baby TAG be coming home? Have you found a name you like yet? If you have any pictures of your baby grey, we would love to see them. Welcome to the grey family!!!
  3. You practice every day for a month and finally you can cartwheel with the best of them. One day as you are showing off for the neighborhood you cartwheel four consecutive times and end up in the almost dried cement of the new sidewalk, ooops! You are stuck!!!! I wish I could make perfect pie crust!!!
  4. It is 103.1° in southern Washington State. Very dry and hot outside with not a cloud in the sky!!!
  5. Glad to hear Slater has grown so fond of you Caitlin. Give Ecko a chance things will all work out!!
  6. What a great looking flock you have Katie!!! Nori is a very handsome grey. Give him time and he will be coming out of his cage all the time. Thanks for sharing your flock with us!!!!
  7. Bonnie, your baby looks fine. As long as she weans at her own time and rate it really doesn't matter. If it bothers you, just ask the breeder.
  8. What a great story Sally, I can just picture the two of them barking and squeaking together!!! Karma to you for a great laugh!!!!<br><br>Post edited by: luvparrots, at: 2009/07/27 23:14
  9. My Ana Grey uses her cement perch as a sleeping perch. I don't believe it helps her nails so I use a toenail clipper to trim both my fids' nails. It takes two of us so I hold Ana Grey/Sully and one of my kids clips. Takes but a minute and they don't seem to mind.
  10. I am a stay-at-home person and my fids see me almost all the time. There are times I have to be gone all day and they don't seen to miss me. They have lots of toys, some of which are foraging toys, in their cages and I always leave the TV or radio on and they are just fine. Don't worry they will most likely appreciate you all the more.
  11. So glad you have figured out a solution that will just your family all together.
  12. Hi Daggerblade, I think Fatso just needs time to adapt to a new routine. Once he knows his loving companion is not going away too, I believe he will settle down. Just give him quality one-on-one time when you are together. Have you introduced yourself in the Welcome/Introduction Room so everyone can give you a proper hello?
  13. I just love chinchillas (to look at anyway). Thanks for sharing your companions with us!
  14. Very nice picture thread Vanessa. I love Tango what a character!!!! Thanks for sharing your companions with us!!!
  15. Hi Katie, great introduction!! You have a pretty good size flock going on there. Can't wait to hear more about all of your fids. Welcome to the grey family!!!
  16. Congratulations on your new Macaw, Pat!!!! Harley is a very lucky fid and I know he couldn't find a more loving or better forever home. Can't wait to hear more about him and how he gets along with the rest of your flock. Will you continue to call him Harley or will you be changing his name?
  17. This is a real fairy tale ending and I am so glad everyone is a winner in this story, especially Riley. It's a great thing you have done Debbie, you should be very proud of yourself!!!!! Karmas coming your way!!!!
  18. That is one great looking perch! Pepper looks very elegant perched on her throne!
  19. Your baby is so sweet Bonnie!!! Thanks for sharing these pictures with us!!!
  20. I have tried Harrison and Roudybush, my fids don't like them. I have tried sneaking some in with their other pellets, they refuse to eat them and eat around the Harrison or Roudybush, Ana Grey eats the Pretty Bird Species Specific African Special and my Eclectus eats Kaytee Exact Rainbow. Pellets are available 24/7 and I feed fresh vegetables (my fids prefer fresh to cooked) and fresh fruits daily. I also make available a bowl of dried vegetables and fruit. I give as treats while my fids are outside of their cages a variety of nuts and seeds throughout the day.<br><br>Post edited by: luvparrots, at: 2009/07/26 22:47
