This year my oldest daughter, Donna, is fixing the Thanksgiving dinner. A nice break for me!!!! The fids, Lily and I will be spending the night. Can't wait to have some time with my grandson, Gabriel! I shall truly enjoy myself!

Congratulations on your new baby's homecoming. He needs a little time to settle in. So relax and let him get use to his new cage and home. Remember it is all new to him so let him adjust. Enjoy! Pictures please when you get a chance.

I admit I like to read the "about me" sections also. It's always nice to learn about our grey family. I update almost monthly. Now that part of the profile mechanism is owied and I have to twiddle my thumbs instead :unsure: So sad.

It's alright Dan. I have a furbie around too. His name is Tiger and was purchased for my 20 year old grandson, Tony (the tiger) when he was 6 or 7. :laugh:

Ana Grey loves her "tickles" she lowers her head for them all the time and will beak me if I stop and she really wants more. This is a word she has never said, but she only speaks in phrases not single words.

Sounds like things are going beautiful with Guapo as part of your household. As for him joining you for dinner, I think it all depends on what you want to do. If you want him to join the family at meal time, by all means do it. If not then I wouldn't encourage it. It all depends on what the family would like the routine to be. Enjoy your new fid, for it sounds like he is very happy being part of your family!

Thanksgiving Divorce: Eddie in Dallas calls his son in New York just before Thanksgiving and tells him, 'I am sorry to tell you but your mother and I are going to divorcing. I just cannot take any more of her moaning. We can't stand the sight of each other any more.' I am telling first, Eddie, because you are the eldest, please tell your sister. When Eddie calls his sister Julie, she says: 'No way are they getting divorced, I will go over and see them for Thanksgiving.' Julie phones here parents and tells them both 'You must NOT get divorced. Promise you won't do anything until I get over there. I'm calling Eddie, and we'll both be there with you tomorrow. Until then, don't take any action, please listen to me', and hangs up. The father puts down the phone and turns to his wife and says. 'Good news' he says, 'Eddie and Julie are coming for Thanksgiving and they are both paying their own way.'
