Congratulations on your decision. I have a 21/2 yrs old grey (ive only had him little over a month now)and work 4 or 5 hrs a day and he is quite happy . We are all very friendly on here so feel free to ask all questions you want . We love pictures so try to post some as soon as you can.

My cousin has just had £8500 worth of cosmetic surgery done ! and 3 weeks later is still sore and suffering ! so i dont blame you ! Im to big a baby to try it as well !

Although my sis has not got a grey (she has budgies and finches)my niece idsa hairdresser and is always doing hairs at home and its never done her birds any harm .Im no expert but just thought i would let you know about her .

Ive had a hectic day at work . Sat having a glass of wine at carolines insistance ! Wish i could find time to really relax ! Gonna try to get tree up this week !

My son is on the ASD spectrum and I agree with you.I have attended numerous workshops and have got support when needed.My son is respectful and pleasant to have around.I have never had any problems with him with George ,he can feed him talk to him and hold him without any fear .He knows the rules ,they were explained to him and he understands them . So maybe she has not got the help and support she may well need.Im in the Uk so dont know if things are different in the US.

I was a guilty person .I watched this site before I joined.I wish now I had not, cause the friends I have now on here are wonderful, helpful, and so full of knowledge.I would like to thank all of you for the warm and wonderful help I have received and hope to continue to. Marie

Yipee Its Friday No More Work Till Monday !! Just got home so gonna chill for half hour then clean cage and george and get sorted cause got ppl coming round tonite ! Got bottle of white chillin in fridge and nibbles all ready . Hope you all have good weekend Marie

George never went near his ! but come to conclusion he hates anything new ! He sits quivering in a corner as soon as he hears even a rustle !

I just left work for the day so sat down with hot drink.need to clean George's cage. Gonna take son football practice later then have evening meal and relax before another day starts ! Its bitterly cold here as well but at least its dry and calm !
