I really really hope your bird gets well. Ive only had mien about a year now, so i cant really help. But i will give you my support, keep at it, hope she gets well.
love the playstand, love the bird.
I think you should call it poppy like mine.
The UK have terrible playstands compared to you in the US :side: :woohoo:
i got mine for around £550 i think, and i had to wean it for a few weeks.
If/when i get my next one, i would get it fully weaned, saves a lot of hassle. :side:
But i still LOVE poppy!!
yes i think it would be quite a bit different, i would be happy to get anywhere near 50 years out of poppy.B)
Has anyone on the forum actually had a parrot die naturally and no the exact age of it? that would be good if someone new of anyone who have been through this.
Thanks, well i tried out the NO thing and that kind of works, i say "NO" and she goes for me again so i say "NO" for a second time, then she bows her head as if to say sorry can i have a scratch, then i say good girl, and we carry on as usual. so it seems to be working. :side: :silly:
I usually leave the radio on for poppy when i go out because i read somewhere that if there is no noise in her habitat then this means that there is potential predators out there.
So should i leave the radio on for her yes or no?
thanks,
steven
I don't have a clue about storms but if the shower or washer or anything loud is on poppy will instantly start to chatter, i think it has something to do with in the jungle, if its noisy that means there is no predators around etc etc.
please correct me if i am wrong
good news, try and get before and after pic, because im new so i wasn't around when you first had these problems, it would be good to see how you AG has developed. My poppy has a problem with her tail, will these pellets help her to?
Thanks, i have uploaded a load more pictures if you all haven't already seen them, go and my profile and they will be there.
see you around,
steven and pop
