  1. Does anyone have any babies or adults available to adopt or foster? We're located in Houston, Texas. There currently aren't any greys for sale where we're located.
  2. I appreciate your comment! I'm just curious to have one question answered. Will she continue this attitude towards them or no? Even with the stick and treats training.
  3. We have Lulu, which is 7 months old and she's taken a liking to me more than anyone else in the family. So much so, that if I leave the room without her, she'll squeal really loud and she never tried to bite me. My husband is second if I'm not around. But our daughters, she no longer goes to and if they attempt to pick her up, she tries biting them. She does this to my husband as well, but only when I'm around. Is this normal, just a stage or is she already decided on her favorites? Is there a way to keep her from biting when trying to get her to step up? I'm just worried that if they needed to pick her up away from danger and she won't go to anyone else, I feel like that's a problem.
  4. Hi all! We're new bird owners to Lulu, our 5 month old. She seems to get cold at night, but we're not completely sure. I just know her feet are kinda cold when I wake her up in the mornings. I've been putting a comforter and cage cover on top of that to keep her warmer and that seems to be working. But wanted to get her something that's more comforting bc when she gets tired, she'll cuddle her way into our shirts, hoodies or blankets. We bought her something from Amazon, but found out it's too small, so I'm going to return it. I thought about getting her a bigger one, but not even sure if she'll go for the bigger one. Does anyone have any experience with comforting or warming up your babies? I'll attach a photo of what we ordered. TIA!
  5. Hi! New here and glad to have a place to go to for info since we're first time bird owners. Lulu is 5 months old and doing well. She's currently trying to talk, exploring the house and knows how to step up. Our only problem right now is that she's pooping wherever she feels like and we're constantly having to clean up after her. Does anyone know of a way to potty train her? Also, she doesn't care for one of our daughters and tries to bite her every time she tries to pick her up, even after she gives her a snack. How do we keep her from biting or do Greys just not prefer some people? Thanks a bunch!
