Hi Nychsa. It seems I have the same problem with my Hemingway. I do know, I am hard working to solve the problem. Yes, it's a problem for our birds, not us owners. I have forced myself to keep him on his cage to learn how to play with himself. I am home most and so on. They have done MUCH better since I have let them fend for themselves. Don’t get me wrong; they still are a great part of my life on a daily basis with all their antics of the day with my birds, and I WAS their only form of fulfillment of fun, time, friend. I love that Hemingway is playing more, and more with objects instead of just with my daughter and me. To put it plainly, he needs a hobby. Joe

Sometimes, words don't come out the way we want them to. You were asking for advice, and members were responding to try to give you knowledge they have obtained over the Years. There advice might not be what you thought it should be, but when more the one reply with the same advice, think again, before you respond so Strongly. It will all work out for you so just enjoy the forum. Joe

Adele, I would ask you, what types of photos you mostly shoot? That is the most important way of deciding what you really need in the way of lenses. I have 8 different lenses for all different types of shooting, but I use 2 most of the time. I love my camera and all the toys I have for it, but I use them far and few times. When I went to Alaska I bought an expensive lens, because I needed to take long shots. The lens cost me 750.00, but I would do it again. Trip of a lifetime, but didn’t use it again. If YOU’RE happy with YOUR photos enjoy what you have. Lots of luck. PS, I want a new camera or lens every time I pass a camera shop, but that’s nuts. Call me nuts! Joe

In this holiday season we are all caught up in our own thing, but it is also a time for Thanks. All of us at the forum have many different reasons for use, daily, weekly or whenever we want to just come on. Just this weekend I had a problem helping my son (Ziggy) changing his profile photo. I needed help and many of the Mod’s and Admin’s all tried to help with the problem. With many PM’s back and forth, they were getting right on it to help a fellow member. I’m pretty sure we all needed help from them time to time, so I think we should take some time to thank them, and show them our appreciation. These are the ones I know. When the women go to the malls watch out for me. I might be there to see what you’re wearing and how you carry yourself. I like women with lots of Jewels on, and expensive cloths, leather handbags, and maybe expensive shoes. I like when you don't pay any attention I’m around you. The best is when you're carrying lots packages. I guess you see this is what thieves are looking for. Be aware where you park, look around at faces all times, Dress like you need a meal, NO JEWLERY, NO FANCY CLOTHES OR SHOES, A HANDBAG THAT HAS A SHORT HANDLE, WEAR GEANS WITH POCKETS AND KEEP YOUR MONEY AND CC IN THEM. DON'T HAVE LARGE BILLS TO USE, KEEP MONEY IN ONE POCKET AND CC IN THE OTHER. KEEP AN EYE ON THE RESTROOMS BEFORE GOING IN THEM, TRY NOT TO JUST BUST RIGHT IN. BUY A WHISLE WITH A STRING AND KEEP IT AROUND YOUR NECK. BEST TO SHOP WITH SOMEONE BE CAREFUL, THERE IS LOTS OF LOWLIFES AND CREEPS OUT THERE. Joe
