Wow !!! Im totally speachless. Let me say this was a terrible joke. We have new people coming in here and if they saw that it physical punishment to correct their birds behavior they just might use it. That meant you gave wrong and misused advice. I think an I AM SORRY is what you should do. Its up to you if you leave or not. You can stay but Im sure it will be awhile before the family here will feel comfortable with the postings you do. Im sure in time they will come around to feel comfortable again and calm down.

So far I havent needed to put my seed guards on. Alcazar has been very neat eating. Sooo far .My cage is HQ what I can do is take a picture of what the holes look like for the guards and post. Maybe HQ can the supply them if the holes match.I'll do that over the holidays since I have a 4 day weekend.

Yea, I would have a talk w/ him. You dont want your son to start thinking its ok to have a woman sleep over like that.When your son he gets to the age he might think he can. Not only that, hes not paying rent so is he also not paying for utilities or food? If hes been there awhile he needs to start paying his way. If he wants to have fun tell him to go to a motel, her place or go park some where away from your house and have fun in his or her vehicle.If he does nt respect then show him the door. It must be his first. I never showed him to a mirror before. I dont know if I should continue but do it in a different way. I have a wicker full length. I think I gave Alcazar the scare of his life. I have a Betta fish and I hold up a mirror to him once awhile, he gets all mad and his gills come out and his tail waddles. I been thinking about a friend for Alcazar so I held a mirror up to him. Let's just say he wasnt impressed. He flew backwards so quick and squawed and went to the other end of his cage no where near the mirror or me. I put the mirror away and boy did he come toward me to protect him. I didnt know whether to laugh or what. I felt bad. I guess I wont be doing that to him again and if I decide to get him a friend it might have to be a slow process of introduction.

Bwahahaha I still cant get over what happened last night !!! I was telling my sons g/f there were chili peppers in the bird food and she goes ," I wonder if they are real?" My son said , "I dont think " he bit into one and you should ve seen his face !! It was a Kodak moment. His mouth opened, eyes teared. Hes like and,What the h--l to they put this in bird food for? Alesia said, Well I guess their real haha." I decided to look it up now and found out they are immuned to them.
