Great shot of your sunbathing Argyle. My ekkie Sully loves the sun also. I have placed my fids cages in front of the window to catch the sun and Sully now loves to sit on his rope perch in the sunshine.

Kathryn, I believe Vree is going to be fine. Faith is a wonderful medicine and Vree has a marvelous spirit that will not be contained. You are doing all the right things for Vree you're a great parront!

My fids go to bed at 7:00 pm, my ekkie (10+ years) insists or he will squawk up a storm. Ana Grey(19-months) agrees as she is always up on her sleeping perch at that time ready for nite nite. I must turn off the lights and close the door or my ekkie will squawk until the roof comes down. Ana Grey starts practicing her talking when the sun comes up and Sully starts squawking for breakfast around 8am if it hasn't all ready arrived!!! So they have set their own schedule and I just comply!

Great idea Dave. I have a 20x 20 fan and air filters, all I need is the charcoal filter. Might try this!

I live alone and have my fids out with me except from 7:00pm until morning. My ekkie insists on light out at 7:00 pm no exceptions. The only time I am not with my fids is if I go somewhere. Ana Grey has no problem entertaining herself when I am busy or not around. Like everyone, she needs some time to herself too. Sometimes I think we need our feathered friends more than they need us!!!! :laugh: :laugh:

Hi Kevin, I too have to watch Ana Grey as she does love to air condition my clothing. One of the reasons she can't be on my shoulder as she loves to ventilate the back of my shirt!!!! I do see that she has lots of wooden toys around to chew on. That does seem to help.

What a great idea!!! And if you can, videos please of your singing divas or divos!!! I think it would be great to hear your bird(s) singing!
