I personally think they look ugly.
They dont look like the african greys as we know and love them.I wonder what process it has taken to come to this ? Its messing with nature and there is no reason to do it.Just my opinion
Congratulations and Welcome Rachel
We are a very friendly lot as you will see
How sweet are they ?
There is lots of useful advice and tips in the forum, and also lots of names to call your CAG.When do you get him/her?
Thanks for the pics we love pics on the forum
Erika she is not a plain old tabby cat .
I to have a silver grey tabby that I have had since she was 6 weeks old and is now 16 yrs old this feb ,she has been there for me through everything.
She is at peace now and in a lovely place where she can do whatever whenever she likes .Im sure she is looking down at you .My thoughts and prayers are with you

George has got a cholla perch in his cage and he has had it a while now. Most parrot places sell these ,so I would have thought they were safe ,but I'm no expert.
I do hope he has gone to a loving home that will look after him and nurse him back to full health .Why do people get these beautiful birds and not look after them ? It makes so mad and upset.
I purchased a normal kitchen one with 1g and pounds and ounces from our local store .Its round with a metal bass that works really well .Its a digital one as well
Im so happy things seem to be getting back to normal after this terrible scare.I do hope Kim is ok as well and not suffering any more pain .My best wishes to you both

I have had George 2 months now and my hands and arms looked a mess ! I took him to the vets and had his claws clipped and hopefully I will not have to do it again because I now have all the relevant perches in place to keep them in shape .The perches I have are the ones casper recommended .Thanks Caroline
I am hoping George will fly now.At a recent health chesk the vet said all his feathers were back and fully grown now but previously he had had a bad clip. I can see he is getting ready to go and canna wait for the day he does ! However saying that the vet did say if it becomes a prob or he gets "cocky" to go back and he will give him a clip., but the choice will be mine.
Im going away for a week in august and booked my grey into the vets surgery. They got cds to play to them and teles to watch and they interact with them so im hoping this is ok .I got no family at all down near me so its the only option I have got unfortunately. But he was seen by this vet last week and Im really impressed by him ,he is president of the parrot society uk .
I'm so jealous .Wish George would do that ! I can hold him and he steps up and down but as to touching him that's a no go at min but I've only had him about 12 weeks now .
My Grey George is like that ,my parents have been here for 3 weeks and they said he chatters non stop all the time ,but immediately I walk in the room he never utters another word  If i go out the room upstairs he will chatter a bit and boy can he talk but like you never in front of me ?
I have just insured my grey through www.goldenvalleyinsurance.co.uk at my vets recommendation , the other one I was told about was www.exoticdirect.co.uk but it was a lot more expensive then Golden Valley .Im in the UK so just reading your profile will not help you ! Sorry
