Hi Everyone,

I am off to the Caribbean on Friday I will be going to St Thomas US Virgin Islands on Sunday and will be seeing the Parrots at Paradise Point can't waitB)

Lucky you Steve, wish I could go along but I am going on a vacation myself on Friday. Me, hubby, my two kids, their spouses and the two older grandkids are flying to Florida to Disney World for a week. This is the first vacation I have had for a couple of years now and I deserve it:whistle: :laugh:

 

Thats great that you are going to Paradise Point to see the parrots, that does sound wonderful, enjoy and get us some pictures please.

Hi Caroline and everyone. The Caribbean was fantastic and very hot. The ship was great and we met some new friends from the States. Santa was on our ship and I have posted a video on You Tube to prove it. I didn't see the parrot show in St Thomas had to spend the day at Magens BayB) We are booked for next year (God willing) and are looking forward to another great time.

and miss judygram, there was a wonderful bird show at the animal kingdom. of course an african grey stole the show!

 

it was wonderful to have my friends introduced to the magic of a grey and they were very patient with me as i was delighted out of my senses. this was just before merlin came home that we were there so i was really hard to be around.

 

enjoy your trip, we are planning to go back this coming october. i shall put in my request after the 1st of the year for my absence here. but then again, i do stay online whenever i leave town anyway.

I know Sandra I missed the bird show but I did see 2 macaws upon entering the park, there was so much to do and see that it is not possible to do it all but I had a wonderful time and hope to return again someday.

 

Steve I am glad to hear you had a good time on your vacation and enjoyed the video, thanks for sharing it with us.
