Like She said, its great you have done your research first as there is so much to learn about these birds! Make sure you check out the Nursery room as well as the other forums on here, they will all give you great advice! Congrats on your first parrot, a grey, you have undertaken a lifetime committment that will bring you much joy and probably a little heartache but then that is all included in a love relationship, you take the bad along with the good. It sounds like you are really enjoying Alfie and that's great. They can bring so much joy to a persons lives.
