razza45
hi everyone, it's been a while. just a quick question... I am aware that it is common for a TAG/CAG's beak to chip, but do you know of any remedies/ foods to keep a birds beak as healthy and strong as possible? also, i've heard that UV full-spectrum lights do wonders...would that help in the beak department? lovemyGreys
Provide your pet bird with lots of things to chew on the beak of a healthy bird will remain at a healthy length with normal chewing activities. supply an unending variety of toys and perches for him to chew on & rub his beak against,A good varied healthy diet too. Here is a link about lighting... http://www.greyforums.net/forums/african-grey/47809-lighting.html#48565
