judygram Posted November 24, 2007 Posted November 24, 2007 Heather, thanks for sharing the first photos from your new camera, they are some good ones, you have a beautiful grey that makes a wonderful subject.
Makena Posted November 24, 2007 Posted November 24, 2007 Wonderful pictures, Harrison is such a beautiful grey!!!! I am quite jealous of your D300!!
TalonSis Posted November 24, 2007 Posted November 24, 2007 Great pictures Heather!!!! Out of the last 2, I like the 2nd one. Melissa
Guest Posted November 24, 2007 Posted November 24, 2007 Those photos are beautiful - thanks for sharing them
Toni Posted November 24, 2007 Posted November 24, 2007 I like the second one. Since its lighter in color the detail is showing up niceley. Are you trying to figure which one to keep and frame? Very nice pics though
HeatherStrella Posted November 25, 2007 Author Posted November 25, 2007 No, although it's not a bad idea...maybe I will frame one or two. The ones I asked which was best, the first one came out of the camera like that and the second one had some PP. I need to adjust the camera/flash so the pics are lighter....I just wasn't sure if maybe the white around the eyes was blown in the brighter picture. Thanks for the replies!!
CeasarsDad Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 Boy you don't waste any time do you. :P The D300 was just released. B) B) I'm loving the tonal quality of your photos these days.
HeatherStrella Posted November 27, 2007 Author Posted November 27, 2007 Here's a couple more...I need to get rid of the icky ropes around the perches...it makes the pics look bad...
