Not too much traffic here, for a question like that you may try avianavenue.com in their grey specific subforum or there are several Grey Facebook groups one of which has 38K members (worldwide).   Someone might know if no one here does.

I agree that you should look into avian avenue and the FB grey forum.
There is a no wing clipping law in the UK, so not quite certain why you need to clip their wings before traveling there.

I said Chipped as in ID chip not clipped. ID chipping is required.
