Hi Everybody!

 

My name is Toby Ann. I am a 25? yo female (DNA sexed) Congo African grey. My humans rescued me form my former home when I was about 5. I have lived in my current home for almost 20 years. My humans need to find me a new home due to health issues.

 

I am really pretty and everybody loves me because I love to show off. I love to talk and whistle and sing opera and I can be very silly. I generally prefer males but that is only because they are usually taller and I like being way up high on a tall shoulder. My first humans thought I was a boy so they named me Toby. My current family had me DNA sexed and found out I was a girl so they just added Ann to my name - Toby Ann. I am very smart and my humans have taught me what "gentle" means because sometimes I get really excited when we are playing and I forget how strong my beak is. When they tell me to be "gentle" I know I am being too rough. I am usually really good but sometimes I want attention really bad and I scream a little. When my humans put me in my cage and put a blanket over the cage I calm down and stop making so much noise. I do love making noise though but usually I just whistle and talk.

 

My humans love me a lot and they want to find a really good home for me. I am quite spoiled and get fresh food every day. I hardly ever eat any pellets because my humans are really good cooks and make birdy bread, rice n beans and glop. I live in Colorado and will come with a cage, play gym, travel cage, carrier and lots and lots of toys. I am very healthy and have never been sick a day in my life.
