Parrot Lady Posted December 31, 2013 Share Posted December 31, 2013 we have a new addition to our flock , a 4 year old female Congo Grey named Baby , I just picked her up and got her home around 10pm so we didn't get to socialize to much , she steps right up but don't even try to touch her head lol , we visited for a few minutes then it was bedtime for her and all the birdies , I have to work tomorrow until 7pm so I will try and get some pics of her tomorrow or Wednesday , wow she looks totally different then Smokey , she is a lighter grey and much taller built , now lets hope for no romance between the 2 of them later on , not planning on breeding those 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I have noticed that my female is a lighter grey than my male, I have 2 girls but the other one has no feathers and is a red factor so i can't compare! Do not give them places that could be considered nesting holes or boxes, or nesting materials. And watch them closer during the seasonal hormonal times. Otherwise you should not have any problems.
