KimKim
My 18 month old actully saw it first and yelled "Baba"! She thinks all parrots are named Babalu, not just greys If its still there next week I might have to bring it home. I felt bad for leaving it, but it is kind of scary looking around the beak area... JeffNOK
Lol..when I read your headline I thought "OMG they don't have parrots in thrift stores now do they?!?" Thank goodness it was just a tacky sculpture.
Brat Birds
Its eyes are a bit on the wild side!! I think I would want it, but would then hide it when I got home! LOL
birdhouse
Oh, no...!I must say, I admire your restraint. Hahaha The way these things go, you would get it home & Babalu would absolutely hate it. So hopefully, it will have found its forever home by the time you go back.

Mistyparrot
I would never have left it behind! I often see ornamental parrots in junk shops but they are always Macaws or other gaudy birds but never Greys. Steve n Misty
Timbersmom
If my husband had seen it, we would have definitely have brought it home. He specializes in "tacky!" It does have a strange charm though...

KimKim
I would of purchase it only at a bargin. However, it looks neat and different......... It was $10, but Thursdays they have 20% off, so it would have been $8. Not a good enough deal for me to get past the funny beak/nose and eye area.
