I've bought so many toys (some quite pricey) for Maverick and NOTHING comes close to his love of tissues!!! Guess he is just easy to please lol

Sometimes the tissues contain aloe or other additives. They are also often include recycled product which may or may not be food grade. Check what you have carefully and if your not sure call the company and inquire. I offer coffee filters because they are food grade and not made from recycled material that could include something toxic.

Dorian was enjoying his stroke of good luck finding a new toy nearby. If he was lucky he may have even found a morsel of cereal in there. Great idea by the way, now that Gilbert is getting more brave, I will see what he thinks of a small box.

My birds love any kind of box that I dont want them to have. Some times I may still need that box , but they think it belongs to them

Timber is the same way Ray, any box is his box. If you don't feel the same, you have to hide it or he beeps until he can get his beak on it!

LOL You just never know what they will fear. As I've introduced Timber to different things, I'm always suprised at what scares him, and what doesn't!

Good job Dorian, that is what a well loved box looks like. Gilbert's box is still brand new, he is saving it for a special occasion. But somehow he is still finding hidden shreds of bark on the branches of his floor stand even where it looks bare to the human eye. The floor around his cage looks like Dorian's housekeeping.
