New Bird

Can anyone tell me what kind of bird this is? My friend just got him from her cousin, she is sick and can no longer take care of him.

I also don't know what bird it is but it seem that you need to go in veterinarian so they can check that bird and cure.In Finland country many people are pet lover they have different kind of pet and most of them have a weekly schedule at veterinarian in http://www.jar-vet.fi/ which is really amazing because in some part of the world many people who have pet just only do feeding and they don't care about some disease that animals gets.
