No to doubt you, but make sure they wernt swallowed. Chances are that he didnt swallow them, I doubt it that he ate them cause there not food. Ive had many birds and other animals and have had scares like this and it never amounted to anything. Most creatures (including humans) wont eat something they shouldnt. Would you swallow a zipper piece??? your bird probably didnt either.
