Miffy Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 Here is a video I took of some wild sulpher crested cockatoos mating on my balcony. The male went over and offered the female a walnut I gave him, she ate it from his foot. He then put his wing around her, they started kissing and bingo, he was on top going for it. Hopefully they have some nice little babies in spring. Video Link:
Timbersmom Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 Since you gave him the walnut that started all this, does that make you the godfather??
Sarasota Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 So much more romantic than pigeons...they only take about 2 seconds to get the job done.
judygram Posted September 12, 2012 Posted September 12, 2012 They are not shy about what they do, nice to see some birds getting it on in public.
