Hi, yes nut's, Walnuts, Almonds, Philbert's, Pecans and Brazil nut's in the shell, un-cracked can be frozen in a freezer bag for up to one year.....Thanks Jayd

Can you freeze the pellets too. Since I will only have one bird, I've been worrying about buying too much pellets and them going to waste, so if I can freeze them so there is no waste that would be great...especially as it seems I will have to order the pellets.

Again, yes, freeze them the sane way, in a freezer bag. Seeds, you can refrigerate... Good questions...Thanks Jayd

I buy my pellets every four months and freeze them. I take small amounts out at a time and keep them in a jar with a good lid.

I refrigerate all my bird pellets and seed mixes. It keeps the moths away.
