The arrows did not work for me to scroll through the pictures but I was able to click through them by clicking on the thumbnails below the picture showing.

Its a shame these kind of things happen and keeping those birds in such deplorable conditions with them starving to death, the only answer I can think of is the owner is mentally ill but those birds deserve better than what they have been given and I feel sorry for each and every one of them to have to suffer what they have.

I don't understand how people can get in a situation like this, but I guess like Judygram said it would have to be some mental issues going on. Just hope and pray that they can rescue them, get them healthy and find good homes.
