rEsage
I have not seen my grey sit on one foot before, and was curious to know if the link below is accurate translation. http://www.itsagreysworld.com/fun/bodylang.htm He is sitting on one foot fluffed up, that means he is "really relaxed"? Thanks. Edited January 30, 2011 by rEsage
Mawnee
Seems right to me. Every bird I've known sleeps on one foot. Cosmo will stand on one foot while hes being talky...then usually doze off.
danmcq
Yes, one foot is relaxing and chilling or in fact sleeping.
hammco
I read somewhere that standing on 1 foot is a sign of a healthy bird with good balance and all....who knows? all my birds do it and they are healthy as far as i know!
Luvparrots
My birds stand/relax on one foot now and then. Usually the zon and grey are too busy. Now my ekkie is always sitting around so does sit/stand on one foot more often. Enjoyed reading through the site you addressed. Thanks for posting it!!!
