Where to get supplies

Does anyone have a favorite place (near Detroit, Mich) or online where they get goodies (food, toys, etc) for their grey?

I really, really want a nice stand for my little guy, but they seem pretty expensive.

I'd also appreciate any tips on "home made" stands.
