judygram Posted November 21, 2010 Posted November 21, 2010 It is kinda funny how when you hear a new to you sound coming from your grey that what was that, then finally it comes to you and you are amazed at their ability to mimic any sound made, a sound so simple as water pouring from a pitcher or bottle into a glass. Hammco, I am sure if you really listen to the sounds and think you will figure out what he is mimicing and it could be anything!

Everyone knows how loud a cockatiel's screech and screams can be, well, AMPLIFY that by 500 times and thats what Timmy does now! haha! He mimics my tiel at 4000 decibles! ughhhhhhhh! Also he "whimpers" just like my dog when she wants to go out, and it sounds exactly like it so that I have to go see who is making the noises!
